At VM 3D World, all our products are carefully custom-made and 3D printed to order. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as it explains when returns, refunds, or replacements are applicable.


1. General Policy

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products:

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once an order is placed and confirmed.

This policy helps us maintain quality, fairness, and efficiency for every customer.


2. Exceptions – When Refunds or Replacements Are Allowed

Refunds or replacements will be considered only under the following circumstances:

Eligible Cases

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damage during transit

⚠️ Important Conditions

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • A clear unboxing video (showing sealed package, shipping label, and product condition) is mandatory
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue must be provided

Claims without proper evidence may not be accepted.


3. Customization Responsibility

  • All customization details (design, size, text, color, orientation, etc.) are provided and approved by the customer.
  • Customers must review and confirm all details carefully before placing the order.

❌ Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Customer-approved designs
  • Minor color or texture variations
  • Size or finish differences caused by 3D printing limitations
  • Change of mind after order placement

4. Transit Damage Policy

  • We ensure secure packaging for all shipments.
  • However, once handed over to the courier, damage may occur during transit.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Report the damage within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Unboxing video
    • Photos of damaged product
    • Photos of outer packaging and shipping label

We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.


5. Replacement or Refund Method

  • Approved cases may be resolved by:
    • Replacing the product, or
    • Issuing a refund (full or partial), at our discretion
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time for refunds: 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is entirely on our side.


6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • Items without proper proof (unboxing video/photos)
  • Minor visual differences due to screen or lighting variations

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed and confirmed.
  • This applies especially to customized and made-to-order items.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner for investigation.
  • Refunds or replacements, if any, will be subject to the courier partner’s final resolution.

VM 3D World is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or force majeure events.


9. How to Raise a Refund or Replacement Request

To raise a request, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

Incomplete requests may not be processed.


10. Policy Updates

VM 3D World reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
