1. Accepted Payment Methods

VM 3D World accepts payments through secure third-party payment gateways. Available payment methods may include:

2. Payment Security

3. Order Confirmation & Payment Completion

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is successfully received.
  • No order will be processed, customized, or shipped until payment is completed.
  • If payment fails or remains incomplete, the order will be automatically canceled.

4. Pricing & Taxes

  • All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

If an order is canceled due to failed verification, any received payment will be refunded as per gateway timelines.

6. Failed, Duplicate, or Excess Payments

  • In case of failed transactions where the amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, refunds are handled by the payment gateway and usually processed within 5–10 business days.
  • If a duplicate or excess payment is received, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment method after verification.

VM 3D World is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.

7. Refund Processing

  • Refunds (if approved under our Refund & Return Policy) will be processed only to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Refund processing time:
    • Initiation: within 3–5 business days after approval
    • Credit time: depends on bank/payment provider (typically 5–10 business days)

8. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available, unless explicitly mentioned on the website for select products or promotions.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Customers are encouraged to contact VM 3D World directly before raising any chargeback or payment dispute.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to:
