At VM 3D World, every product is carefully crafted and 3D printed to order. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our processing timelines, courier handling, delivery expectations, and customer responsibilities.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All products are custom-made and individually 3D printed.
  • Please allow 3–8 business days for production before dispatch.
  • Custom designs, bulk orders, or complex models may require additional processing time.
  • Any extended timelines will be communicated to you in advance.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.


2. Courier Selection & Dispatch

  • Once your order is confirmed and ready for dispatch, we will:
    • Select the best available courier partner servicing your delivery location, or
    • Consider your preferred courier service, if feasible
  • We work with multiple trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery across India.

Courier assignment depends on serviceability, package size, and delivery efficiency.


3. Shipping Time & Delivery Timeline

  • After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines under normal conditions are:
    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
    • Other Regions: 5–9 business days
  • Delivery timelines are indicative only and may vary due to location, courier partner operations, or external factors.

VM 3D World does not guarantee exact delivery dates.


4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is dispatched and tracking details are received from the courier partner, the tracking ID will be shared via:
    • Email
    • WhatsApp
    • SMS (where applicable)

Customers are encouraged to track shipments regularly using the provided details.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Delivery location
    • Package weight and size
  • Any free shipping offers or promotions will be clearly mentioned on our website or official communications.

6. Order Accuracy & Address Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure accurate and complete shipping address and contact details at checkout.
  • VM 3D World is not responsible for:
    • Delivery delays
    • Failed deliveries
    • Returned packages
      caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Additional charges may apply for re-shipment.


7. Delays, Force Majeure & Non-Serviceable Areas

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Heavy rain or adverse weather conditions
  • Natural calamities
  • Remote or non-serviceable locations
  • Courier partner operational issues or strikes

While VM 3D World cannot be held liable for such delays, we will actively assist with tracking, coordination, and follow-up with the courier partner.


8. Unboxing, Damages & Transit Issues

  • We take utmost care in packaging every order.
  • However, once the shipment is handed over to the courier, transit risks are outside our direct control.

Important: Unboxing Requirement

We strongly recommend recording a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video at the time of delivery showing:

  • Sealed package
  • Shipping label
  • Product condition

This helps:

  • Prevent disputes
  • Improve our packaging and courier process

⚠️ Claims for transit damage may not be accepted without proper unboxing evidence.

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photo/video proof.


9. Lost or Missing Packages

  • In rare cases of lost or misrouted shipments, we will:
    • Raise a request with the courier partner
    • Assist in investigation and resolution

Final outcomes depend on the courier partner’s policies and investigation results.


10. Continuous Improvement

To enhance delivery safety and speed, VM 3D World:

  • Works with multiple courier partners
  • Regularly evaluates courier performance
  • Improves packaging standards and dispatch workflows

Our goal is to provide a consistent and reliable delivery experience.


11. International Shipping

  • Currently, VM 3D World ships only within India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
